Project Execution and Progress Monitoring

In this session, we will discuss the execution process of furniture making. Approximately 80% of the furniture is completed in the factory, while the remaining work is carried out on-site. During this phase, we focus on electrical installations, ceiling work, and other specific elements that require on-site attention.

We ensure that clients receive detailed progress reports regularly, keeping them informed about the project's status. If necessary, we can also arrange factory visits for clients, allowing them to see the production process firsthand. This coordinated approach ensures a seamless workflow and client satisfaction throughout the project.
